- 🍶 1 tablespoon of sake
- 🧂 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 🥫 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 🌰 1 tablespoon of ground white sesame seeds
步驟
Trim the ends of the Moroccan green beans and cut them diagonally into 2cm pieces. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Drain the water.
Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe container, pour sake over it, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly while still covered.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, salt, and ground sesame seeds. Shred the chicken breast and add it to the bowl. Toss in the green beans and mix well.
