Main
- 🍗 1 piece skinless chicken breast (250g)
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts (50g)
- 🥬 100g lettuce
Marinade
- 🧅 1 green onion (green part)
- 4 slices ginger
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sake
Aromatic Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 green onion (minced)
- 4 shiso leaves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Mince the green onion and shiso leaves for the aromatic sauce. Trim the roots of the kaiware sprouts and shred the lettuce.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into two halves. Place in a storage bag and add the marinade ingredients. Massage and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Transfer the marinated chicken along with the marinade to a microwave-safe dish. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it cool with the wrap on to finish cooking with residual heat. Reserve 2 tbsp of the steaming liquid.
Mix the reserved steaming liquid with the aromatic sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Slice the cooked chicken diagonally into 1cm thick pieces.
Arrange the lettuce and kaiware sprouts on a serving plate, place the sliced chicken on top, and drizzle with the aromatic sauce.
