- 60g mozuku
- 100g nagaimo
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 50cc water

Rinse the mozuku lightly and drain the excess water.

Place the nagaimo in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush it into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine the mozuku, nagaimo, and sauce ingredients. Mix until well blended.
