- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
步驟
Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces for faster cooking.
Boil the potatoes in water with a pinch of salt until soft.
Drain the boiled potatoes and mash them using a fork, spoon, or potato masher.
Mix the mashed potatoes with mayonnaise, pepper, and salt until well combined.
Insert mozzarella cheese into the center of the mashed potato mixture and shape into desired forms.
Beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt.
Coat the potato shapes in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Pan-fry the coated potato shapes over medium heat until golden brown.
Drain the fried potatoes on a wire rack or paper towel to remove excess oil.
