Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Vegetables
- 120g mukago
- 4 stalks mitsuba
Protein
- 1/2 sheet aburaage
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
步驟

Wash mukago thoroughly and drain the water.

Cut mitsuba into 1cm pieces and slice aburaage into thin strips (5mm x 2cm).

Add soaked rice to the rice cooker along with the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder).

Add mukago and aburaage to the rice cooker, then fill with water up to the appropriate line and cook as usual.

Serve the cooked rice in bowls and garnish with mitsuba.
