Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🥓 8 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 🌱 5 green beans, chopped
Liquid
- 💧 350 ml water
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Japanese dashi granules
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Place the soaked rice and water into a frying pan and let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Cut the bacon into 1 cm strips. Separate the maitake mushrooms into small pieces, slice the king oyster mushroom thinly, and chop the green beans finely.
Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, dashi granules, sesame oil) to the rice and mix well. Spread the bacon, maitake, and king oyster mushrooms over the rice. Cover with a lid and cook on high heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Finally, turn to high heat to evaporate excess water.
Add the chopped green beans, cover, and let the rice steam for 10 minutes. Lightly mix before serving.
