Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices of bacon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack of shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 50g of maitake mushrooms
Dairy
- 🧈 10g of salted butter
- 🥛 200ml of milk
- 🧀 30g of shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp of grated garlic
- 🌾 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp of consomme powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
步驟
Cut the sandwich bread into 8 equal pieces. Trim the roots of the shimeji and maitake mushrooms and separate them.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon and grated garlic, and sauté briefly. Add shimeji and maitake mushrooms and cook until softened. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Turn off the heat, sift in the flour, and mix well. Heat on low, gradually adding milk while stirring to dissolve. Add consomme powder, salt, and black pepper, and simmer until the mixture thickens.
Place the bread pieces in a heatproof dish. Pour the mushroom mixture evenly over the bread. Top with shredded pizza cheese and bake in a toaster oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
