- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 🧈 10g salted butter

- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Dried parsley, as needed

Cut the mushrooms in half lengthwise.

Mince the garlic.

In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, and chili flakes. Heat on low.

Once the oil starts bubbling, add salt and butter. Stir to melt.

Add mushrooms and shrimp. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.

Serve in a dish and sprinkle with parsley.
