- 🍄 50g enoki mushrooms
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Vegetable
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
Noodles
- 30g vermicelli
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- To taste chili oil
Broth
- 2 cups iriko dashi
- 2 tbsp sake
Seasoning
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp black vinegar
