Hamburger Patty
- 200g ground meat mix
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Cream Sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 100cc heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Additional
- 🍄 80g sliced mushrooms
步驟
Mince the onion and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Drain and let cool. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add ground meat, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned on one side, flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté on low heat until softened.
Add flour and cook until no longer raw. Gradually add milk and heavy cream, stirring occasionally. Add consomme and salt, and cook until thickened.
Serve the hamburger steaks on plates and pour the cream sauce over them.
