Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
- 🍄 6 mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 💧 200cc water
- 🥛 300cc milk
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
步驟
Thinly slice the onion and mushrooms. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Cut the bacon into 2cm wide strips.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon and onion, and sauté over medium heat until softened. Add mushrooms and stir until coated in oil.
Add water, milk, consomme, and salt to the pan. Bring to a boil, then add spaghetti (broken in half) and mix. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 1 minute longer than the package instructions.
Remove the lid and cook over medium heat to evaporate excess liquid if needed.
Serve on plates and sprinkle with black pepper.
