Mushrooms
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 2 eringi mushrooms (80g)
- 🍄 1/2 bag enoki mushrooms (100g)
Marinade
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Trim the roots of shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Trim the roots of eringi mushrooms, cut them in half horizontally, then slice thinly lengthwise. Trim the roots of enoki mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Mix the marinade ingredients (sugar, salt, vinegar, pepper, olive oil) in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot, add the prepared mushrooms, and cook for 1 minute. Drain the water.
Add the boiled mushrooms to the marinade bowl, mix gently, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
