Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🍖 70g pork shoulder
- 🍄 2 button mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp cooking wine
- A small amount of mayonnaise
- A small amount of parsley powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
步驟
Slice garlic thinly, cut pork into bite-sized pieces, and quarter the mushrooms.
Mix mushrooms and pork with cooking wine and a pinch of pepper in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced garlic until fragrant.
Add pork and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until the surface changes color.
Add rice and oyster sauce, stir-frying until the sauce is evenly absorbed. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry an egg separately.
Plate the pilaf, top with the fried egg, and garnish with mayonnaise and parsley powder.
