Main Ingredients
- 🍄 180g sliced mushrooms
- 🥬 1/5 head shredded cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion sliced
- 💧 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch black pepper
Thickening Mixture
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
步驟
Wash and slice the mushrooms.
Shred the cabbage and slice the onion.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic.
Add the onion and stir-fry briefly, then add cabbage and cook together.
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until they begin to cook.
Pour in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of pepper. Simmer on low heat.
Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry, then add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
Serve the sauce over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
