Rice
- 🍚 1 cup washed rice
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Oil & Seasoning
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧀 2 tsp grated cheese
Soup Base
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 💧 600 ml water

Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces.

Mince shimeji mushrooms and onion.

Heat the soup base ingredients in a pot until boiling.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté bacon until browned.

Add shimeji mushrooms and onion to the pan and cook until softened.

Add rice to the pan and stir until translucent. Gradually add the soup base while stirring, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Season with pepper and sprinkle grated cheese before serving.
