Mushroom
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 1 bag (100g) enoki mushrooms
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk (80g) green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 600 ml water
步驟
Slice shiitake mushrooms into thin pieces, separate shimeji and enoki mushrooms, and tear maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Cut green onion into small slices (green part) and diagonal thin slices (white part).
Add all seasonings (☆) into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and diagonally sliced green onion, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve in bowls and garnish with the small slices of green onion.
