Rice
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
Seafood
- 1.5 tbsp pollock roe
Vegetables
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
步驟
Prepare the rice by cooling it to room temperature for better texture.
Chop the green chili and green onion finely.
Scramble the eggs in a heated pan with a bit of cooking oil until soft and fluffy.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the green onion and green chili until fragrant.
Add the pollock roe to the pan and mash it gently while stirring.
Add the cooled rice to the pan and mix thoroughly with the roe and vegetables.
Finish with sesame oil and mix well.
Plate the stir-fried rice, top with scrambled eggs, and garnish with seaweed flakes.
