- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water

Cut the myoga bulbs in half lengthwise. Boil water in a pot, add the myoga, and blanch for about 30 seconds. Rinse under cold water and drain well.

In a storage bag, mix the sugar, miso, and water. Add the myoga and massage to coat evenly. Remove as much air as possible, seal the bag, and refrigerate for about 1 day.
