Vegetables
- 100g nagaimo, peeled and sliced
Seaweed
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese granulated dashi
- 2 tbsp miso paste
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water

Peel the nagaimo, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice into 1cm thick half-moon pieces.

In a pot, heat water and granulated dashi over medium heat until boiling. Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso paste into the broth.

Add the wakame and sliced nagaimo to the pot. Heat over medium until just before boiling, then remove from heat.
