Main Ingredient
- 150g nagaimo, peeled and sliced
Cooking Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Batter
- 🌾 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 70ml cold water

Peel the nagaimo and slice it into 1cm thick rounds.

In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients (flour, potato starch, and cold water) until smooth. Add the nagaimo slices and coat evenly.

Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Fry the coated nagaimo slices, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
