- 200g nagaimo, peeled and julienned
Garnish
- A pinch of shredded nori
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
- 50ml water

Cut the nagaimo into half-length pieces and julienne into 3mm strips.

In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (vinegar, mentsuyu, yuzu kosho, and water). Add the nagaimo and toss lightly.
