Main Ingredients
- 1 pack (100g) nameko mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
Gochujang Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp gochujang
- 🌰 2 tsp ground white sesame seeds

Wash the nameko mushrooms and drain the water. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.

Slice the green onion thinly at an angle and soak in water briefly, then drain.

In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame seeds). Add the prepared mushrooms and green onion, then mix well.
