Mushroom
- 200g nameko mushrooms
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
步驟

Rinse the nameko mushrooms briefly with water and drain well.

Combine all seasoning ingredients (☆) in a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.

Add the nameko mushrooms to the pot and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve in a dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
