Seafood
- 🦑 1 pack sashimi-grade squid
Vegetables
- 100g molokhia leaves
- 🥕 75g julienned carrot
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Separate molokhia into stems and leaves. Julienne the carrot.

Boil water in a pot. Add molokhia stems and cook for 90 seconds. Remove and drain. Repeat with molokhia leaves for 30 seconds, then remove and drain. Repeat with carrots for 30 seconds, then remove and drain. Let all ingredients cool.

Cut molokhia stems into 5cm pieces.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add molokhia, carrot, and squid, then toss to combine.
