Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Fish
- 🐟 80g sashimi-grade sea bream
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 6 shiso leaves, finely sliced
Pickles
- 50g Nara pickles, diced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🌾 2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
Sushi Vinegar
- 🍬 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
步驟
Thinly slice cucumber and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt. Let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water. Slice shiso leaves finely and dice Nara pickles into 1cm cubes.
Slice sea bream sashimi thinly using a flat angle with the knife.
Mix sugar, salt, and vinegar in a bowl to prepare sushi vinegar.
In a separate bowl, combine cooked rice with sushi vinegar and mix gently. Add Nara pickles, cucumber, shiso leaves, and sesame seeds, then mix evenly.
Plate the mixed sushi rice and garnish with sliced sea bream sashimi.
