- 200g somen noodles
- 2 packs natto
- 100g kimchi
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Sauce
- 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 150ml water

Mix natto in a bowl. In another bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and water to make the sauce.

Boil water in a pot and cook somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Place somen noodles in a serving dish, top with kimchi, natto, and chopped green onions. Pour the sauce over just before eating.
