- 50g harusame (glass noodles)
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion (55g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- A pinch of sliced chili
