Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Main
- 🥩 100g beef shoulder steak
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Negi Salt Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 stalk (40g) minced green onion
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper

Mince the green onion finely.
