- 150g beef tongue
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🍋 Fresh lemon, as needed
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced scallion (82.5g)
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Make shallow cuts on both sides of the beef tongue (5mm width) and season with salt and pepper.

Finely mince the scallion.

In a bowl, mix the minced scallion with salt, sesame oil, and lemon juice to prepare the scallion salt sauce.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the beef tongue until browned on both sides. Remove and plate.

Pour the scallion salt sauce over the beef tongue and garnish with fresh lemon and kaiware sprouts.
