- 150g bamboo shoot (boiled)
- 1/2 leek, julienned
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
步驟

Cut the bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces and julienne the leek.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the bamboo shoot for 3–4 minutes.

Add the leek and seasoning ingredients, stir-frying for another 1–2 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
