- 🍜 2 servings fresh Chinese noodles
Meat
- 🐖 120g ground pork

- 🧅 5 stalks green onion, chopped
Seasoning for Meat
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Sauce
- 3 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Topping
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
步驟
Chop the green onions into small pieces.
Mix ground pork with the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, red miso, garlic) in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir, cover again, and microwave for another 1 minute 30 seconds until cooked. Let cool.
Boil water in a pot and cook the Chinese noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Mix the sauce ingredients (peanut butter, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, doubanjiang, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the noodles and toss to coat evenly.
Plate the noodles, top with the cooked pork mixture, and cover with chopped green onions. Place an egg yolk in the center.
