- 1/2 piece of ginger, julienned

- 🦐 10g dried sakura shrimp

- 1.5 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu

Cut the green onion into 2cm slices and julienne the ginger after peeling.

In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, mentsuyu, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and level the rice.

Spread the green onion, sakura shrimp, and ginger evenly on top. Cook using the regular rice setting.

Once cooked, gently mix the rice to combine all ingredients.
