- 🍝 200g spaghetti (1.6mm)

- 150g negitoro

- 🧅 3 stalks green onion

- 🧈 20g salted butter

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 🥚 2 egg yolks
步驟
Cut the green onion into small slices, reserving a small amount for garnish. Mix negitoro and sliced green onion in a bowl.
Heat water in a frying pan over medium heat. Once boiling, break spaghetti in half and add to the pan. Cover and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
Add butter and soy sauce to the pan and mix until the butter melts. Cook over medium-high heat for 1 minute to evaporate excess water.
Plate the pasta, placing the negitoro mixture and egg yolks in the center. Garnish with reserved green onion slices.
