- 20g baby sardines
Vegetables
- 🥔 250g new potatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- Chopped parsley, as needed
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 50cc water
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
步驟

Cut the new potatoes into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 5mm thick pieces. Soak in water and drain. Thinly slice the garlic.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the potatoes and water, cover, and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes until the water is almost evaporated.

Add baby sardines, salt, and pepper to the pot and mix well.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
