- 300g leftover nikujaga
- 💧 400cc water
- 2 tbsp red wine
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cubes beef stew roux
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Heat water in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add red wine and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer briefly.

Turn off the heat and add beef stew roux. Stir until dissolved, then simmer on low heat until thickened.
