Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch nira (chopped)
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Condiments
- 2 umeboshi (pitted and torn)
- 1 tbsp mirin
Seasoning
- 1 pack katsuobushi

Cut the nira into bite-sized pieces.

Boil water in a pot, turn off the heat, and add bean sprouts and nira. Mix for about 30 seconds, then drain and cool under running water. Squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, remove the pits from the umeboshi, tear them into pieces, and add mirin. Microwave at 600W for 40 seconds.

Combine the vegetables with the umeboshi mixture in the bowl, add katsuobushi, and mix well. Serve immediately.
