- 1 piece fried tofu
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame

Cut nira into 4cm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.

Cut the fried tofu in half, then slice into 1cm strips. Toast in a toaster until crispy and golden.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
