- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (2x strength)
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut the nira into bite-sized pieces and place them in a microwave-safe dish. Add the nameko mushrooms and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
