- 🐖 150g pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch nira
- 1/2 stalk negi
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice

Cut the nira into 3cm pieces. Slice the negi thinly at an angle and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Place the nira and pork in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Remove the plastic wrap, add the seasoning ingredients and negi, and mix well.

Serve on a plate and enjoy.
