- 2 servings yakisoba noodles

- 1/2 bunch nira (garlic chives)
Meat
- 150g pork slices
Seafood
- 2 tbsp sakura shrimp
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste

Cut nira into bite-sized pieces. Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork slices, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.

Add yakisoba noodles, nira, sakura shrimp, and the mixed seasonings to the pan. Stir-fry while loosening the noodles. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper.
