- 🐖 100g pork slices
- 🧈 250g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 1 bunch nira (garlic chives)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4.5g bonito flakes
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut nira into 4cm pieces. Wrap firm tofu in paper towels to remove excess water, then tear into chunks.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork slices and stir-fry until browned.

Add tofu to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring gently to avoid breaking the tofu.

Add nira and stir-fry until softened. Mix in soy sauce and bonito flakes, then stir to combine.
