Main Ingredients
- 300g silken tofu
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dashi granules
- 💧 250ml water
步驟

Cut the chives and tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it lightly.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the tofu and the ☆ seasonings, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the chives and beaten egg to the pan. Cover and cook over medium heat until the egg is set.
