Cut the chives into bite-sized pieces. Mix natto and soy sauce in a container.

Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Heat half the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add eggs and stir until semi-cooked, then remove.

Add the remaining salad oil, chives, natto, and eggs to the pan. Stir-fry briefly and season with salt and pepper.
