Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Canned Goods
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 50g grated yam
- 50g chopped nira (garlic chives)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp 2x concentrated mentsuyu
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Grate the yam and chop the nira into 3cm pieces.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the grated yam and mentsuyu to create the egg mixture.

Heat salad oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add nira and tuna, stir-frying until softened. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir gently with chopsticks until the eggs are cooked through.
