Cookie Dough
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 3g baking soda
- 🧂 2g salt
- 90g vegetable oil
- 100g brown sugar
- 90g white sugar
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3g vanilla extract
- 140g chocolate chips
Cream Cheese Filling
- 245g cream cheese
- 110g white sugar
- 🥚 1 egg
- 4g vanilla extract
步驟
Preheat the oven to 175°C (347°F) and line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt using a whisk.
In another bowl, combine vegetable oil, brown sugar, and white sugar until well mixed.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and mix until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and gently fold using a spatula.
Spread half of the cookie dough evenly onto the prepared pan and sprinkle half of the chocolate chips on top.
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then whip until fluffy.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie dough base and spread evenly.
Crumble the remaining cookie dough and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 27–30 minutes until the topping turns golden brown and the cheesecake layer is set.
Cool completely before slicing into bars. Refrigerate for cleaner cuts.
