Main Ingredients
- 200g bread flour
- 2g baking powder
- 🧂 2g salt
- 🍬 40g sugar
- 🥛 200ml heavy cream
- 🥚 a small amount of egg wash
步驟
Sift together bread flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add sugar and heavy cream, then knead until the dough comes together.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Roll the dough to a thickness of 2cm and cut into 6 equal pieces.
Place the pieces on a baking tray and brush the tops with egg wash.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20-25 minutes.
Let the scones rest on the baking tray for 3 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
Serve with strawberry jam for added flavor.
