- 🍌 2-3 bananas
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 80ml milk or water
- 🧈 20g butter
- 🧂 20g brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 🌰 20g chopped nuts
步驟
Chop the nuts finely using a knife.
Slice 1 banana into 1cm pieces and mash 1-2 bananas using a fork.
Mix 2 cups pancake mix, 1 egg, 80ml milk or water, chopped nuts, and mashed banana in a bowl.
Optionally, add 1 tsp cinnamon powder for enhanced aroma and flavor.
Melt butter and spread it evenly on the bottom of the rice cooker. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly.
Arrange the sliced bananas neatly on the bottom of the rice cooker.
Pour the batter over the arranged bananas in the rice cooker.
Cook using the multi-steam function for 40 minutes or use the cook function. Check with a skewer; if batter sticks, cook again.
Let the cake cool slightly, then invert onto a plate. The caramelized bananas will create a beautiful topping.
