- 🥛 350ml milk
- 3 packs of whipping cream
Baking Mix
- 450g pancake mix
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Fruit
- 🍓 Fresh strawberries, sliced
步驟
Prepare all ingredients and wash strawberries thoroughly. Remove excess water.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk until frothy.
Add 350ml milk (or 250ml water) to the eggs and mix well.
Gradually add 450g pancake mix and stir until smooth with no lumps.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil and pour a thin layer of batter.
Cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until all batter is used.
Slice strawberries thinly and remove excess moisture with a paper towel.
Layer crepes with whipped cream and strawberries, repeating until all crepes are stacked.
Decorate the top layer with strawberries and serve chilled.
