Chicken
- 🍗 6 chicken drumsticks
Vegetable
- 🥔 1 potato
Meat Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Potato Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Garnish
- 🍋 1 wedge of lemon
步驟
Make several cuts into the chicken drumsticks using a knife.
Place the chicken drumsticks and the marinade ingredients (garlic and soy sauce) into a resealable bag and massage well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Add cornstarch, vegetable oil, and salt and pepper to the bag and massage again.
Cut the potato into wedges by halving it and slicing each half into 6 equal pieces. Soak in water briefly and drain.
Dry the potato wedges thoroughly using paper towels.
Toss the potato wedges in a bowl with vegetable oil until evenly coated.
Place the chicken drumsticks and potato wedges on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Bake in a toaster oven for 20–25 minutes until the chicken and potatoes are cooked through.
Sprinkle salt on the potatoes and serve with a wedge of lemon.
