Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Sufficient amount of flour
- Sufficient amount of salad oil
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 piece ginger
Sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of chicken stock powder
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Season chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Finely chop green onion and ginger.
Mix green onion, ginger, and sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, water, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Heat 5mm of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and pan-fry for 3 minutes. Flip and cook on low-medium heat for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked.
Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces, plate, and pour the sauce over.
